From the first call to Jeff I found the service to be excellent. All my questions were answered promptly and in detail.  The instructions that were supplied for my Range Rover SVR were very helpfull. From initial enquiries, to delivering the racechip kit. 10/10. Very friendly and helpful, especially to someone not in the techy space where cars are concerned. Then, after selling my car and removing the chip, they reprogrammed the unit for me at no extra cost, as described, to match my new car. Jeff is an awesome employee. I bought the GTS black and pedal box for my Golf 8 Gti. The logistics was hassle free. The installation was very easy, my son of 15 years and myself did the installation, they recommended to do it on a lift, we used a trolley jack. The performance is noticeable and the car feels much faster/stronger than standard. Will definitely recommend if you want more power for not a lot of money and no hassle. I am very happy with the product and the service. Purchased a set of ST-X coilovers for my Aygo to enhance its agility. Fitment was quick and professional and i am extremely pleased with the results. The effect is immediately noticeable. IIt feels even more like a go-kart than it already did before. More confident around bends at higher speed.
